MSI Expands Customer Service Center to Larger Office to Support Continued Growth and Enhanced Services
TAMPA, Fla.— Dec. 10, 2024— MSITM, one of the largest independent managing general agencies (MGAs) in the United States, announced today its move to a new and larger customer service center in North Richland Hills, Texas. This expansion reflects the company’s significant growth, investment in the local community, and commitment to providing superior service to its insurance customers.
The new office, with more than 7,000 square feet, is nearly three times the size of its previous location in Keller, Texas. It features modern workstations, enhanced meeting areas, and upgraded technology to enable colleagues to continue its tradition of excellence in customer service. On average, this office fields 2,500 customer calls a day compared to 1,600 a day in 2023 and manages 1,500 pieces of customer mail a day, up from 650 a day last year.
“We’re excited to deepen our roots in the Fort Worth community and move into a space that better reflects the dynamic growth of our company,” said Tara Maples, Customer Service Manager at MSI. “This strategic move underscores our dedication to delivering fast, responsive service to our customers and to fostering a collaborative work environment that prepares us to meet the needs of our growing customer service team and our expanding customer base.”
The relocation is designed to be seamless, with no disruption to current services for the company’s more than 1.5 million customers. MSI’s phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same, ensuring uninterrupted communication.
Founded in 2015, MSI offers an expanding suite of more than 20 insurance products and solutions across personal, commercial, and professional lines. It collaborates with insurance carriers to design and distribute insurance solutions through agents, brokers, and technology partners.
